Every year Pennsylvania selects a picture book for Pennsylvania's One Book, Every Young Child program. This year Wendell and Florence Minor's If You Were A Penguin has been chosen. Please join Radnor Memorial Library for a special program of stories, congs, crafts. For parents & 3 - 6 year olds. Free books to participants!!
