March to a different drumbeat

On Saturday, February 21, Mafalda Thomas-Bouzy performed traditional Afro-Caribbean drumming and dancing, at Radnor Memorial Library. Nearly 80 audience members were mesmerized by Mafalda, and her band which included her son and daughter. She is dedicated to preserving and introducing African history through rhythm and dance, to a new generation. Check out a small snippet of her show.
